I bought a 2002 Chevrolet Impala approx. 8 weeks ago. I had the oil changed locally and soon after that the car started losing oil. We took it back to the oil place and they checked it, so of course we thought it was something really bad. I called Courtesy and they made me an appointment. I took the car and it was the oil sensor, which we think they messed up at the oil changing place. The service people are so nice and answered all our questions. The annual service on my 2009 Z06 Corvette was great. My appointment was set at 1:00 pm, Courtesy Chevrolet was on time and the service was done promptly. I was personally notified that my car was ready and the service was explained. When I came pick up the car I was suprised to find that Luke Rowlett had signed me up for a preferred service plan.
